Scope of Work:
The project comprises mainly of five components:
- Urban development activities, consists of construction of public spaces such as plazas, theaters, promenades and accessible beach areas including hard and soft landscaping works, as well as urban furniture and decorative street lighting.
- Infrastructure systems: sewage network, fresh water network, storm water network, firefighting, telecommunications network, electrical networks & irrigation network.
- Supply, install test & commission wastewater treatment plant; and pumping station.
- Construction of public buildings and service facilities.
- Earth works, synthesis of geosynthetic reinforced soil walls and mats, road networks with public parking areas.
