- Construction of water distribution network with various types and diameters with a total length of 27 km.
- Reconstruction of sidewalks and connections to the shops and house entrances (stairs and steps).
- Construction of street lighting with underground feeder network.
- Construction of underground electrical power transmission lines.
- Construction of underground telecommunication lines.
- Construction of stormwater distribution network.
- Refurbishment of existing sewer lines and completion of missing house connections.
